Chitose is Yahiro's younger brother. He does whatever Yahiro tells him to do under strict orders. He is about Sui Takishima's age. He is close to Ryuu Tsuji becuase he is the son of one of his family's clients, which make the Yamamoto twins very jealous.

When the SA go to their vacation in Hawaii, Chitose is there, and they end up having to entertain him. So, they decide to play family, where Hikari has to be the dog. During their vacation, Chitose makes Hikari do lots of tasks since she is the dog, which causes the rest of SA to get suspicous. They soon figure out that Chitose is Yahiro's little brother, for Ryuu never told them.
